OPENING WITH SMARTPHONE
Thanks to Bluetooth Smart technology, you can open the door with your smartphone. The free Argo app allows any Bluetooth Smart Ready smartphone (iOS, Android) to open the doors on which an ISEO x1R Smart lock is installed. Bluetooth Smart technology allows the door to be opened remotely up to a distance of 10 meters. You can therefore also use your smartphone as a remote control to open your door.
OPENING WITH CARDS
Existing MIFARE DESFire cards can be used as your door key. Simply, present the credential a few inches near the reader and the door will open.
The USER DESFire cards have been specially developed by ISEO with the UID (unique card identification) encrypted and protected inside a file of the Mifare DESFire EV2 card. Authentication between the card and the lock is protected by standard AES 128 encryption.
OPENING WITH PIN CODES
On x1R Smart devices you can also open with a 4 to 14 digit PIN code using the keypad.
FINGERPRINT READER
A fingerprint consists of a series of ridges and depressions. The fingerprint reader uses an advanced optical sensor to capture high resolution fingerprint images. Once the imprint has been acquired, the reader identifies the points of minutiae exactly where the crest lines begin, end, divide or join other lines.
These points make up the map of the minutiae. The map is digitally stored in the lock as a biometric template, to be later compared with all other biometric templates of fingerprints presented to the reader.
X1R Smart is the motorized electronic lock for armored doors, created and developed by ISEO for access control. X1R Smart incorporates an ISO 14443 A / B multistandard Bluetooth Smart reader, which allows operation with Argo, the application that works with Android and iOS smartphones.
X1R Smart presents the following important innovations:
Bluetooth Smart technology: to work with Argo, the application that works with iOS and Android smartphones.
Multistandard card / tag reader: 13.56 Mhz RFID technology, ISO14443A / ISO14443B (Mifare Classic / Plus / DesFire).
Single Action version: the internal handle retracts the latch and bolts in a single and fluid movement. In this way the user can always open the door from the inside, simply by pushing on the handle, even if the bolts are outside.
External power supply: direct, by means of a cable passing spring on the door hinge side, or supplied by a door contact sensor.
Relay output integrated in the lock: for door status signal.
Opto-isolated input integrated in the lock: for remote opening command.
Options and versions
There are several possible configurations with X1R Smart. Each configuration can be with lock in the Standard or Single Action version, with batteries, external power supply, or both. The external power supply can be supplied via cable gland spring, on the door hinge side, or via the door sensor contacts. You can decide to install only an RFID reader outside, or with the option of a fingerprint reader or external keyboard. You can add a remote opening button, using the opto-isolated input. Or you can command a motorized door opener, or interface with the home automation system, using the output relay * integrated in the lock.
LOCK BATTERY STATUS
The battery level icon is always displayed in the Argo App button corresponding to each lock. The battery status is always shown even when opening with the card, with specific light signals on the Smart lock. There are 4 battery levels that indicate in advance the possible need to replace the battery itself. Changing the batteries does not delete either the list of users or the events stored in the lock.
USERS
It is possible to specify for each user the name, the type of user and the related functions:
FIRST NAME
Each user can be assigned a name for easy identification in case of loss of the credential.
TYPE OF USER
Standard User : this is the default user who can be denied access if the Standard User Block function is active.
Vip User : this is the user who can access the door even if the Standard User Block is active.
FUNCTIONS AND OPENING RESTRICTIONS
In addition to user access authorization, additional functions and a time control of validity and hourly shifts can be assigned.
ENABLE OFFICE MODE
A user can set the port in Passage Mode. In this mode, the door will always remain open to any user who wishes to access it, without using authorized credentials.
STANDARD USER BLOCK
This feature is only enabled if the user is VIP. With this feature enabled, a VIP user can inhibit access to all Standard Users.
EXCEED PRIVACY
With this function enabled, a user can access the door even if the Privacy function has been activated from the extension (only with Aries Smart).
USER PIN
A single PIN code can be set which can be used for opening with the phone or for logging in and programming the lock without using the Master Card, or for both cases. This icon indicates that the PIN has been assigned to a user, but has not yet been associated with either the opening function or the login function.
OPENING PIN
To increase security, after the opening command you are asked to enter the PIN.
PIN FOR LOGIN
The smartphone can be enabled to administer the lock. To enter programming mode, you need to login by entering the PIN code.
PIN FOR LOGIN AND OPENING
The user is enabled to use the same PIN code both to open the door and to log in and program the lock without using the Master Card.
LOGIN
The user can log in to program the lock even without a PIN code.
TIME CHECK
This function allows you to set the validity of the assigned credential for each user (date and time of activation and expiration), as well as two hourly shifts, which can be selected for each day of the week.
The gray clock means that the user is enabled to open and the Time Control function is active.
The red clock means that the validity of the user's credential has expired and the user is no longer enabled to open.
SENDING KEYS FROM REMOTE
If you run a hospitality facility such as a small hotel, bed + and breakfast, or if you rent an apartment, your guests can check-in at any time. You can use the Remote key sending function on the Smart series locks in order to:
grant remote access to your guests; manage your facility remotely and on the move;
offer your guests an unforgettable experience of comfort and innovation.
PAY PER USE
Sending keys remotely is a pay per use service that you can add at any time using the two additional free apps Argo Host and Argo Guest and the Argo Cloud platform, available only for Argo's remote virtual key sending service. This is an additional and optional service in addition to the standard Argo system, and is paid only when used. Each time Argo Host generates a virtual key, the credit of the keys on the account is decreased by one unit. However, the same virtual key can be shared among all guests of the same room, for the same period of stay and for all common doors that are in the path to the room.
Remote key sending can be used for incoming guests, while your staff and all permanent users can use the free invitation feature to register their phone on the lock.
